Mountain View epilepsy device maker NeuroPace files to go public

NeuroPace Inc., which makes an implant designed to prevent epileptic seizures, filed plans on Wednesday to raise $75 million in an initial public offering. The Mountain View company's RNS System records continuous brain activity data. This allows clinicians to monitor patients both in person and remotely.
