U.S. House passes historic cannabis legalization bill

The U.S. House passed a sweeping cannabis legalization bill on Friday. The current Senate isn’t expected to follow suit, but it was a historic moment, a sign that the federal government might soon catch up with a succession of states that have ended prohibition of the drug.
